Over our 40+ year history, we have recognized the importance of service after the sale and maintaining relationships with our customers. Most manufacturers have a long drawn out process of receiving claims and sending out service representatives weeks later. In order to better serve our customers, we have partnered with our vendors to streamline the process and have created our Service After the Sale team, to resolve your issue quickly. Our service team will come out to your home to get the process started on your behalf. We are the only company in O’Fallon Missouri to have a dedicated service team of professionals that will step in to make it right.
