Service After The Sale

We stand behind the products we sell because we know life happens. We understand how frustrating it can be to have something new installed only to realize that there is an issue with the product weeks or months later.   In order to better serve our customers, we have partnered with our vendors to streamline the process and have created our Service After the Sale team, to resolve your issue quickly. Our service team will come out to your home to get the process started on your behalf. We are the only company in O’Fallon Missouri to have a dedicated service team of professionals that will step in to make it right.

Justin Delivers Hope

Chic Lumber is a huge supporter of Justin Delivers Hope (JDH), which is a non for profit organization that supplies police departments and individuals who need narcan, as well as drug sniffing dogs. The foundation was created in honor of Justin David Hendrix, Adam and Melinda’s son, who overdosed back in 2017. If you would like to find out more, please visit the links below.
